Shipping and Terms

You must be 18 years or older to purchase wine from Whisson Lake. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this legal age requirement.

Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $20 per order across Australia. Free shipping applies to orders of six bottles or more, including mixed selections.

By joining the Whisson Lake Wine Club:

• Your payment is taken immediately upon sign-up.
  
• Club members enjoy free shipping on all wine club shipments.
  
• You will receive a newsletter 2–3 weeks before your shipment is due, followed by an email reminder 3 days before your card is charged.
  
• Wine Club shipments are recurring annually, and your card will be automatically charged each year.
  
• You may skip a shipment or cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account. Please note that spaces are limited; if the club is full, you will be placed on the waiting list.
  
• Credit card information is securely stored using Shopify’s encrypted payment system. Whisson Lake does not store your credit card details at any time.

At Whisson Lake, we adhere to Australian Consumer Protection laws.

All purchases are generally final. If there is a fault with the wine, please contact andrie@whissonlake.com to discuss a replacement.

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected during your purchase is used only to process your order and improve our services. We will never sell or share your information with third parties, except where required by law.
