A white wine made from Pinot Noir, hence the light copper colour in the glass. We only made Le Gris de Noir in cool/cold years, 100% whole cluster fruit straight into our press. Fermenting in 500L barrels and staying on lees until bottling.
White stone fruits and Nashi pear with good acidity, very refreshing.

Reviews
Has texture and weight and very brisk, chalky freshness to it. You’re talking chills down spine territory here, clattering and chattering in the teeth with zip and tang, but feels even keeled despite that, grippy with fine tannin and ever so faintly red berried. The wine is clear as day in the glass, however. Has a finesse to it, quiet power, drive and precision. An interesting wine, no doubt, with sophistication on its side.
