This wine is structural, with fine acid and sweet spices on the nose. It has had enough time to do all of the Pinot magic which of course includes velvety mature tannins. It has reached it's highest plateau and a good match with richer foods in Autumn.
Made from 100% Whisson Lake estate-grown Pinot Noir.
No additives, aside from a small amount of sulfur added just before bottling.
